Lil Durk Arrested On Murder-For-Hire Charges, Associates Accused Of Revenge For King Von’s Death

Rapper Lil Durk was arrested in south Florida on Thursday on murder-for-hire charges.

According to jail records, Darke, whose real name is Darke Banks, is currently being held by U.S. Marshals at the Broward County Jail.

No other details have been released regarding the contract killing charge.

However, his arrest came on the same day that five members of Durk’s music business group “Only the Family” were indicted for conspiracy to commit murder resulting in death.

It is unclear whether Durk’s murder-for-hire charge is related to the indictment or another case.

A California grand jury indicted the following OTF members: Kavon London Grant, aka “Vonnie”; Deandre Dontrell Wilson aka “DeDe”; Keith Jones aka “Flaka”; David Brian Lindsay aka “Browneyez” and Asa Houston aka “Boogie”.

The indictment details the fatal shooting of Chicago rapper King Von in Atlanta and an alleged retaliatory shooting in Los Angeles that killed Savio Robinson, a cousin of Georgia rapper Quando Rondo.
