Pennsylvania person does not ask any competition for the post of doctor

A man from Slington, Pennsylvania, has pleading There is no competition for the post of a healthcare professional who assists patients and submit compensation through Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance programs.

According to the news release on February 14 from the Prosecutor General’s Office, 44 -year -old Adam Herman pleaded guilty in 17 crimes and one misdemeanor. He identified himself as a doctor, certified medical practice or nurse for at least nine patients in personal hygiene homes or helping housing. He incorrectly prescribed the medicine and performed other procedures, including blood and injection, without a medical license.

In 2022, Mr. Herman and the doctor began managing a business that provided medical care to live residents. While the other doctor believed that Mr. Herman was CRNP, the role of Mr. Herman in this practice is to manage business operations rather than providing medical care.

In September 2022, the doctor became ill and was unable to practice. Mr. Herman received a doctor’s mobile phone and used an authentication application to prescribe the medicines that he submitted these prescriptions under the name of a doctor, claiming that they were authorized under him. Subsequently, patients provided unnecessary or inappropriate assistance, including the prescription of diabetic drugs who were not diabetics.

He was accused of the threat of welfare dependent on person care, fraud with medicine, theft of deception, insurance fraud, theft of a person and practice without a medical license.
