Fort Art. John, BC -Below is the latest sentences made from the provincial court Fort -Sent -John from 10 to 14 February.

The sentence of the provincial court Fort Saint -John, February 13

William James Macchirter (b. 1979):

Macchirter was found guilty of three points of testing the testing order, two theft calculations worth $ 5,000 or less, and one count of $ 5,000 or less, for incidents in Fort -Sent John, which took place between 5 December 24, 2024.

Macchirter was sentenced to 12 days in prison in addition to time. Macchirter also received four 18-month conditional orders and was ordered to pay $ 300 for restitution, which demanded that the offender pay the victim for the financial loss that the victim suffered due to the crime.

Christian Michael Koval (b. 1985):

Koval was found guilty of attack by shortness of breath and intimidation, using violence or threat to the incident in Fort -ioanne on March 18, 2022.

The blacksmith has been issued two 24-month less conditional sentences, which is a punishment that will be attributed outside the prison under harsh conditions, sometimes called “house arrest”.
