Abhinav Arora – Abhinav Arora, mother of child spiritual speaker files case against anti-Hindu YouTubers

The family of popular 10-year-old self-proclaimed spiritual speaker Abhinav Arora has filed a complaint with the Mathura Superintendent of Police against seven YouTube users for alleged trolling.

Abhinav’s mother filed a complaint against YouTubers who uploaded videos that were “maliciously designed” to ridicule and defame the religious beliefs of Abhinav, “who is a follower of Sanatana Dharma”.

The complaint called the YouTubers “anti-Hindu elements” and said the content of their videos “was created to promote hatred” against Hindu practices and beliefs. It was further stated that the YouTube videos were uploaded to “humiliate and harass” Abhinav.

The complaint also accused them of violating Abhinav’s privacy and causing him to suffer “immense stress and mental harassment”.

“The behavior of the accused brought the applicant to the stage of complete disintegration and family suicide,” the complaint states.

It also said that the YouTube users’ actions had caused “immense emotional distress” to Abhinav Arora, “the complainant, given that he is only 10 years old”.

“He cannot freely practice his religion or live his daily life without fear of being harassed or abused physically and online,” the petitioner said.

The complaint also states that the abuse of Abhinav’s father “seriously affected the dignity and peace of mind of his family”.

“Every member of the family is publicly mocked, which caused them extreme embarrassment. The defendants disgraced the applicant for an illegal benefit,” the complaint states.
