A woman was found dead in a bush camp near the Millbury cycle path

A Massachusetts state trooper found a woman dead in bushes in Millbury Saturday night, according to a release from the State Fire Marshal’s Office.

The fire marshal’s office said an officer responded to a small brush fire in the area of ​​the Blackstone Bikeway near Highway 146 around 8:20 p.m. Soon, the police found a woman in the camp, where the fire probably started.

The police officer notified the Millbury Fire Department, which fully extinguished the fire, the fire marshal’s office said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death and identify her.
