OSCE/ODIHR: There was pressure on voters and civil servants

At a press conference in Tbilisi on Sunday, Pascal Allizard, a French senator and special coordinator of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), said that vote-buying and “an imbalance in financial resources, a divisive atmosphere in the election campaign and recent amendments to the law caused a serious concern during this election process.”
