PDP claims irregularities in Ondo election

However, the party claims that the election was marred by irregularities, including late delivery of election materials, voter intimidation and manipulation of results.

According to the opposition, his rejection is not surprising, given the numerous reports of irregularities that arose during the vote. In some areas, representatives of election bodies were absent, which led to the fact that voters stopped for hours. In other regions, there were reports of harassment and intimidation of PDP members and agents by thugs allegedly linked to the ruling party.

The party’s call for a review of the elections is an attempt to ensure that the true will of the people is reflected in the results. They allege that the election was not free and fair and that INEC failed to conduct a credible and transparent process. The concerns of the PDP regarding the conduct of the election are valid and warrant a thorough investigation.
