Rossville man pleads guilty to child molestation

LAFAYETTE, Ga. (WDEF) – North Georgia court officials say a Rossville man pleaded guilty last week to child sexual exploitation and corruption.

On November 8, Jarred Hosch pleaded guilty to five counts.

Prosecutors say he created pornographic images of mentally disabled children.

A GVI investigation found more child sexual abuse material on his phone.

Judge Chris Arnt sentenced him to sixty years in prison.

District Attorney Clayton M. Fuller praised the work of the GBI and partner agencies in the investigation.

“It is important that the public understands that there is a tireless interagency team working tirelessly to protect our children from sexual predators. I want to thank our team and I also want to thank Judge Arnt for his harsh sentence for sending this predator to prison for a long time.”
