Teen pleads guilty to nearly 400 bomb threats and mass shooting calls

LANCASTER, Calif. (WKRC). A teenager pleads guilty to nearly 400 calls across the country.

Department of Justice announced Wednesday that an 18-year-old California man pleaded guilty to making hundreds of calls.

Alan Fillion pleaded guilty to four counts of making interstate threats, according to the Justice Department.

The plea agreement revealed that Filion made more than 375 calls containing threats and beatings over a period of about 16 months.

Authorities said Filion, who was a minor during most of the incidents, targeted schools, religious institutions and government officials.

Filion will be sentenced in February and could face up to 20 years in prison.
