Investigators suspect that the murder is an isolated incident at this time. Windsor police say there is no evidence to indicate any threat to public safety.

Law enforcement officers are surveying the neighborhood in search of witnesses and details of the incident.

Police are also asking residents in the immediate area to check dashcam or surveillance footage recorded between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. Friday morning for “evidence related to this case.”
