Diddy’s lawyers are denying claims of a second victim in his human trafficking case, saying the claims are untrue.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied all claims by the second victim of his alleged ex-trafficking. In September, he was arrested in New York and was booked into the Brooklyn City Detention Center. Recently, the disgraced tycoon arrived in court. He was denied bail, along with a $50 million package, as he awaits a May 6 court date.

Diddy’s attorney disputes the government’s claims

Mogul’s legal team has denied the government’s claims about the second victim of his alleged sex operation, TMZ reports, based on documents they obtained Friday. The original indictment named an unnamed victim believed to be his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Diddy was in a relationship with her from 2007 to 2018.

She was the first to file a case against Didd, accusing him of rape and abuse over the years. However, this case was resolved within a day in an agreement and its details still remain secret.

His lawyers also said the second victim’s claims were untrue and the woman was “not a victim at all.” In legal documents, Diddy’s lawyers say the rapper never tried to contact the second alleged victim, and they say the government misled the court during his first bail hearing.

Attorneys also speculate that the first victim, referred to as “Victim 1,” is likely Cassie, Diddy’s ex. They say Diddy and Cassie had an 11-year relationship and her allegations are part of a human trafficking case.

Diddy’s lawyer for victim 1

Diddy’s legal team accused Victim 1 of extortion as they demanded $30 million to buy the rights to reveal details of their relationship in a book. On Friday, they filed a new action plan to get him out of jail, but for the third time to no avail.

According to reports from TMZ, the request came immediately after he heard the voices of his children. Diddy’s lawyer proposed a bail plan that includes a $50 million bond and 24-hour surveillance. This is to ensure that he does not try to flee the country or influence witnesses, according to the Daily Mail.
