The suspect was apprehended after a police chase in Randall County

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Officials say a suspect was arrested after a police chase in Randall County Thursday.

Officials say that around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, the Amarillo Police Department contacted a possible suspect in a burglary at 34th and Osage.

That encounter led to a pursuit involving the Randall County Sheriff’s Office, officials said. That pursuit ended at McCormick and Western, where tire deflation devices were deployed.

Officials say the suspect fled and was eventually caught.

The suspect is currently being investigated in connection with several recent thefts.
