Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is expected to miss Week 9 against the Las Vegas Raiders with a quad injury.

Higgins is listed as questionable for Week 9 and also missed Week 8 with an injury before not practicing at all this week.

The Bengals must beat the two-win Raiders to stay in the game for an AFC playoff spot, and they will likely rely heavily on Ja’Marr Chase in the passing game on Sunday.

In the Bengals’ Week 8 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Chase had nine catches for 54 yards and a score.

Through eight games, Chase had just three games in which he had 84.5 receiving yards, but found the end zone seven times.

That’s where I’d be betting on Chase, even with his all-time touchdown percentage set at -145.

Over the past six weeks, Chase has found the end zone in five of those games, registering multiple two-score games.

With Higgins out, Chase should get a ton of targets from Joe Burrow in Week 9.
