Three people died in a helicopter crash in Louisiana

Three people died in a helicopter crash in the southwest of the country Louisiana On Friday evening, according to officials.

The Robinson R44 crashed on a rural street in Iowa, Louisiana around 9:00 p.m. local time, the FAA said.

The FAA has been called in to investigate, and the Calcasieu County Sheriff’s Office will remain on the scene until they arrive, police said.

Firefighters and Louisiana State Police are assisting at the scene.
