KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Independence are investigating the death of a 7-year-old boy around 8:00 PM Wednesday night in the area of ​​32nd Street and Chrysler Avenue.

A police representative said that initially, Nezalezhnosti firefighters were sent to the area on a medical call. Firefighters arrived and called the police to investigate.

The press secretary did not specify when the minor might have died and the cause of death.

Independence detectives are still on the scene awaiting a search warrant.
