Young ‘Bomoh’ pleads guilty in a sexual attack on a minor

Chukay: The young “Lady” (Shaman) pleaded guilty in the session court here on Thursday (February 13), to three cases of a physical sexual attack on an 11-year-old girl.

Muhammad Adik Alkbab Naduddin, for 20 years, made a blouse after three accusations were read separately before Judge Van Sukhail MOHD.

On the first calculation, Muhammad Adik Alcbab was accused in accordance with section 14 (a) of sexual offenses against children in 2017, committing a crime at a girl in a house in Bandar Seri Bandi near about 1 am last January 31.

He faces imprisonment for up to 20 years and is responsible for gathering a court for an offense.

For the second and third calculation, he was charged in accordance with Section 14 (D) of the same law in committing a crime on one girl in the middle of last month (January) in the same place and time.

Judge Van Sukhayla allowed him to violate 4,000 RM for each calculation and set March 13 to obtain the facts of the case and a social report on the accused before the sentence. – Bernama
