The lawsuit continues for two teenagers accused of Kenneth Lee’s death

Toronto – a trial over two teenage girls accused of the death of a homeless man in Toronto, is expected to continue today with more safety of the night’s night.

Two girls are among the eight, charged with the death of Kenneth Lee, who heard the court he heard, died on December 18, 2022 after he was beaten and beaten in the center of Toronto Park.

The girls who were 14 and 16 at the time were not guilty of murder of the second degree.

The younger girl pleaded guilty because of her lawyer for a lesser accusation of murder when the trial began on Monday, but the request was rejected by the crown.

Prosecutors claim that she was responsible for the injury that led to Lee’s death.

On Monday, Corthov watched security personnel, which showed that the group was brutally swinging Lee moments after moving to his track in the park.

The court heard that eight girls were arrested and charged with hours after his death.

Last year, three of the eight found their guilt in murder, and one to attack bodily harm and attack with weapons. These four were sentenced to a conditional term with conditions.

The lawsuit, which began on Monday, is only in front of the judge and is expected to last for about two weeks.

The other two girls will face jury court on May on charges of murder and murder of the second degree, respectively. The case was divided into two tests for planning reasons.

None of the teenagers can be identified as they were minors at the time of the incident.
