The former parent of a police officer for abuse of the state accounting system is confirmed

Williamsport – the condemnation of the former Capral of Police Williamsport for the unauthorized use of the state criminal justice system was confirmed.

A specially appointed senior judge of Northubberland County Charles H. Salor on Thursday rejected the aftergoing a motion indictment under 28 articles of illegal use of a computer.

The judge quoted the preliminary decision of the Supreme Court in the case related to the Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET), which said: “Derr’s permission to use JNET stopped when official police work ended and personal use began.”
