In his complaint to the police, the victim’s father Ankit Ramesh Kumar said that his son along with his friends went to work in Gohana Sonepat on Sunday.
Two people were killed and three others injured after the car they were traveling in rammed into a tree near Gilor village on Sunday evening, police said on Monday.

In his complaint to the police, Ankit’s father Ramesh Kumar said that his son along with his friends had gone to work in Gohana Sonepat on Sunday.
“We received information on Sunday evening that a car driven by Ajay from our village went off the road and crashed into a tree. My son Ankit and his friend Amit Kumar died on the spot while the three injured were rushed to Bhagat Phol Singh Medical College for Women in Sonepat Khanpur Kalan,” he added.
Assistant Sub-Inspector of Rohtak Sadar Police Station Sandeep said they arrested the driver Ajay for reckless driving and causing death due to negligence on the complaint of the victim’s father Ankit.
