Erin blames the unseen moment of her reunion with Brynn for ruining Jenna Lyons’ friendship

The Real Housewives of New York‘s Erin Leachy once-close connection with Jenna Lyons has met a difficult fate — and there is one person she holds responsible.

Real estate guru put the blame on the co-housewife Brynn Whitfield in the last episode RONNIE, suggesting that Brynn was “jealous” of her blossoming friendship with Jenna during Season 15 Reunion and “embellished” a story that cast her in a bad light as revenge, damaging the friendship.

What happened on RONNIE Season 14 reunion?

“I feel like Brynn became jealous of my friendship with Jenna during the meeting. She saw us doing hair and makeup, which we did a lot,” Erin told producers. “She kept coming into the room and trying to insert herself into our conversation.”

Then, according to Erin’s story, when Erin brought up the story about Jenna and the car trouble she had in the Hamptons, Brynn took the story back to Jenna and added some nasty details that offended fashion icon

“She noticed that Jenna was gaining a lot of popularity, so when she saw an opportunity to end a close friendship, she took it,” Erin insisted, adding that Brynn and Jenna have been spending time together ever since.

Brynn, for her part, insisted she was just repeating what she heard and never lied about anything.

The whole drama reached its peak in Jessel Tank epos Uneducatedthemed birthday party.

Erin complained to the others at the party that Jenna had been distant in recent months, even though Erin had openly struggled with her mother’s cancer diagnosis and Abe’s husband’s choice to hide some financial decisions.

“My kids are driving me crazy and then seeing my mom sick and then not being able to rely on my husband during that time has really messed with my head so I need my friends to pull together for me and I need some grace that I’m not getting,” Erin explained in her confessional.

Erin hoped that she would receive support during the difficult time from her once close friend.

“The friend Jenna was to me when we were close is the friend I need now,” she continued. “I think I was a friend to her. This is not reciprocity.”

Visibly disappointed, Erin spent most of the night telling everyone at the party about the breakup except Jenna.

“What’s going on between you two?” Cy De Silva he asked at some point.

“Nothing. “I just realized she’s not a real friend,” Erin replied. “It’s like my friendship is a real connection. I was such a good friend to her.”

After Cy agreed they were “very close,” Erin added, “I don’t know. I’m not really interested in being friends with her.”

Are Erin Leachy and Jenna Lyons still feuding?

One day, news finally reached Jenna that she was a topic of conversation, i.ehe is the founder of LoveSeen approached Erin to address it directly.

“Are you okay?” Jenna asked.

“I’m fine,” Erin replied. “I’m perfect.”

“Are you really?” Jenna continued to explore.

“Honestly, I’m fine. Do I think I feel differently about us being friends? Yes, Erin told her.

She added that she “really didn’t want to be close” to Jenna after she felt they had a one-sided friendship.

“I felt very close to you. When everyone was with you in a certain way, I was always adamant that I really love her, I think she’s great. I would be there for you, like, ’till the end,’ Erin explained.

But Jenna still seemed “clueless” about how she was somehow being blamed for the friction between them.

It was then that Erin opened up about how she thought Brynn had driven a wedge into their friendship by retelling the story of the Hamptons.

“After all, I guess you believe what Brynn told you, and you said it to me, ‘There’s some truth to that,'” Erin told her.

Jenna admitted that she thought “some of it” was true.

According to Erin, this incident broke their close bond and eventually forced Jenna to develop a deeper bond with Brynn.

“She wanted to get revenge on me, and then she did,” Erin said of Brynn. “And she ruined her friendship with you.”

When Erin’s theory was laid out, Jenna quickly cleared things up, telling her that she was “making assumptions” that simply weren’t true.

“It’s not like that, I hardly talked to anyone,” Jenna told her. “I am currently working three jobs trying to be in a relationship.”

Jenna insisted that she was just busy and didn’t see Erin that often.

“I’m going to say this, I’m not a good communicator,” Jenna told her. “I have a hard time, like, small text messages and catching up. I just want you to know that I wasn’t trying to find attention or love anywhere else, I really wasn’t and I can see that maybe you need me to reach out to you more and I will.”

In her own confession, Jenna also dismissed the idea that Brynn had anything to do with it.

“Not that I’d believe Brynn, not her. It has nothing to do with Brynn,” she clarified. “I think it all boils down to the fact that she wants more from me, and I’m not always good at communicating all the time. So what I have to do is just write a text and pick up the phone. I guess I’m just a bad friend. I don’t know”.

When the two women patched it up, Erin admitted that she really just “missed” her friend.

“I’ll put you on my calendar,” Jenna told her, doing her best impression of Cher’s dad from the hit movie. “We’re going to have a meeting and we’re going to talk about it and I’m going to sign some contracts and I’m going to say that Erin is my friend and we’re under contract.”
