(MENAFN– Live Mint) Kanye West purchased a luxury mansion in Beverly Park North, Beverly Hills. Having sold his Malibu estate, the famous the rapper and fashion The designer bought this new property for around ₹294 crore ($35 million), TMZ reported citing property records.

This marks another major Real estate Acquisition for a star who continues to make headlines in music, fashion and luxury properties.

The report comes as Adidas and Kanye West, now known as Ye, agreed to end their legal dispute without any financial exchange. The conflict began in 2022 after Adidas severed ties with Ye over allegations of anti-Semitism.

Set in a gated community, this mansion sits on nearly seven acres and boasts a whopping 20,000 square feet of living space. With 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, this property has plenty of room for Kanye and his family.

It also includes an entertainment pavilion connected to the main residence and a resort-like pool area. The pool area consists of cascading waterfalls, several swimming and relaxation pools, a pool house and gazebo. There is also a paddle tennis court on the territory, the publication adds.

According to TMZ, Kanye completed this purchase through an off-market deal using the same LLC he used to sell his Malibu home in September.

Although Kanye spent $35 million on this estate, other properties in the area are known to be even more expensive. For example, Honey co-founder George Ruan recently bought a property nearby for nearly 370 crore rupees ($44 million).

In that deal, Gigi Gharai of Coldwell Banker Real Estate represented the seller and Jacob Greene, a partner in The Altman Brothers team with Douglas Elliman, represented Kanye.
