The police detained a 60-year-old Chinese man who, drunk, set fire to an apartment building and a car belonging to the owner.

Yesterday (the 29th), the Anyang-Manan Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced that they are investigating a Chinese national accused of preventing building fires in Hyeongju.

The apartment building is a four-story building with six studio apartments on the first to third floors and two studio apartments on the fourth floor.
