Big Fat Quiz Of The Year fans are outraged when the Strictly star debuts | TV and radio Show business and television

After the appearance of a Strictly dance winner.

The popular annual quiz, featuring Richard Ayoade and Catherine Ryan, returns tonight to close out 2024. Chris McCausland with Macy Adam and Judy Love and Rob Beckett.

While Jimmy Carr took over as host of this quiz show, viewers were left scratching their heads over the show’s setup. Strictly a champion Chris McCauslandMany were confused by the author’s involvement, as they felt that the show had not changed given its reliance on visual rounds; his teammate Maisie had to verbally convey to him the meaning of the images.

One viewer commented on social media: “#BigFatQuizOfTheYear questions are tough for Chris but basically the show isn’t really about the questions,” while another said: “Chris McCausland this is hardly the best booking for the #bigfatquizoftheyear as almost every round has something visual.”

Another tweet added to the conversation: “I’d say almost every round with something visual is hardly the best format when one of the bookings is Chris McCausland.”

Another shared: “I love #bigfatquizoftheyear but I was wondering how they would adapt it to make sure Chris could be involved in photo rounds etc… the answer seems to be no at all?!?!

“I’m not visually impaired so I’m not an authority on this but… what’s going on?”, while another fan expressed his delight, saying: “I love seeing Chris on so many shows atm #BigFatQuizOfTheYear.”

Just out of it Strictly dance triumph, Chris shared on Lorraine how grueling the experience was. He described the aftermath of his victory this way: “It was a really emotional Saturday night and I still feel tired. Three and a half months of rehearsals are relentless, they are absorbing. Physically and morally, it takes its toll.”

The comedian excitedly announced his appearance on the quiz show earlier today, posting on social media: “You can see me on #BigFatQuizOfTheYear tonight on @Channel4. We filmed it during the semi-final week of Strictly, so I’ve already put in eight hours. dancing before I enjoy this seat, so tune in to see me looking tired but grateful for the rest.”
