The lawsuits being filed against Diddy don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. As soon as a new complaint was filed, on Thursday, Dec. 26, a judge ruled that the woman who accused Combs and Jay Z sexually assaulted her in 2000 should not reveal his identity.

A woman has filed a lawsuit under the name Jane Doe, claiming she was raped at an MTV Video Music Awards party when she was 13 years old. As previously reported, Doe initially sued Combs back in October, but two months later she amended her complaint to include Jay-Z.

In response to his inclusion in Jay-Z’s suit issued a scathing statement against the prosecuting attorney, Tony Busbyand Jay’s attorney, Alex Spiro, filed a motion to withdraw the complaint, saying the complaint should be dismissed unless the accuser reveals his identity. On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres denied the motion and criticized Spiro’s tactics.

“Carter’s attorney’s relentless filing of adversary motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client,” Judge Torres wrote in her ruling, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. “A court will not speed up a trial just because a lawyer requests it.”

It comes as Combs finds himself at the center of a new lawsuit in which a former employee claims he was instructed to supply sex toys and lube, among other things, to the disgraced music mogul’s parties known as Wild King Nights. In the complaint filed Monday, Dec. 23, Phillip Pines details his work for Diddy, which he claims included ensuring the disgraced music mogul’s bedrooms and hotel rooms were stocked with “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana . , honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astro glide, towels, illegal drugs, and energy sex machines,” the report said. PEOPLE.

Pines claims that he is “expected to be on duty” at these parties, which can allegedly go on for days at a time. On several occasions, he was allegedly instructed to bring extra sex toys, marijuana, Astro glide, baby oil and Plan B or illegal drugs to parties.

After those Wild King Nights, the former employee claims he was instructed to remove drug evidence, condoms, sex toys, body stains and urine from sheets and furniture. He was also allegedly instructed to delete any incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices, to ensure that no one spoke about the events afterward, and to tip the hotel’s cleaners heavily “to avoid the cleaners reporting that there would be a bill later.”

In his complaint, Pines says he worked for the rapper from 2019 to 2021 and that Combs treated him “like an animal playing fetch to prove his loyalty.”

“He was ordered to demonstrate his loyalty to Sean Combs,” the lawsuit states. “If (plaintiff) refused, he was told he would be fired and out of the industry with consequences.”

Combs’ legal team responded to the latest allegations against him in a statement PEOPLEwriting:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs was never sexually abused or trafficked, male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to establish the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court.”
