A man’s body is found on a riverbank in Lower Post, B.C

Yukon RCMP are investigating after a man’s body was found in Lower Post, British Columbia

In a news release Tuesday, police said they were notified Monday morning that a body had been found on the banks of the Liard River.

An initial investigation by Watson Lake RCMP suggests the unknown person “may have been there for some time,” according to a news release.

RCMP and the British Columbia Coroner’s Office are working to identify the man.
