However, according to Visnyk Sunhe was detained after the rally.

And after being charged by the police, his driving license was promptly suspended indefinitely as his career hangs in the balance.

Huxtable is understood to have been charged under section 227A of the Queensland Criminal Code following an alleged breach of privacy complaint lodged against him by a young woman.

The law states that a person may observe or visually film another person in a situation where a reasonable adult should have a right to privacy.

According to reports, the incident occurred at horse racing Cairns Cup Carnival in August.

Huxtable is scheduled to appear in court on November 18.

The report adds that the maximum penalty for the crime is three years in prison.

In 2022, Huxtable pleaded guilty to sexual assault.

In November 2020, he was accused of sexually assaulting a stripper and biting her breasts during night rest.

The jockey was jailed for two months, ordered to pay £500 compensation to his victim and given a nine-month suspended sentence.

After Huxtable’s license was suspended following his arrest on Friday, Queensland Racing Integrity Commission chair Catherine Clarke said: “QRIC’s role is to uphold the integrity of racing, so the jockey will be suspended from any further racing-related activities until further notice order”.

He was due to perform in Townsville the following weekend.

Huxtable, the 2021 Queensland Apprentice Jockey of the Year, has won 419 career races and collected more than £6 million in prize money.

In 2022, he humiliated himself by jumping out of the saddle to celebrate his victory – and fell off his horse and then received a three-week ban.
