Patriots rookie WR had ‘hiccup’ on trip to London (report)

According to ESPN’s Mike Rice, rookie Javon Baker struggled with the team’s schedule while overseas.

The Patriots listed Baker as questionable with an illness against the Jaguars — he missed Friday’s practice — and ended up inactive for the game. The rookie hasn’t played a single game since Week 3.

This could also explain KJ Osbourne’s strange weekend.

After passing in London, Osborne shared an impressive message on Instagram about the week leading up to it.

It said Osborne was told he would be inactive last Wednesday, got three reps during the week at practice and then learned he would play against the Jaguars at 11pm on Saturday night. in Patriots locker room on Wednesday afternoon, Osborne verified the truth of the report.
