Today’s Connections Answers

So what are today’s Connections answers for game #504?

Drum roll please…

Impudent: Sweet, fresh, intelligent, wise
Atmosphere: Air, feeling, mood, quality
Units of measurement: Bar, laundry, luxury, minor
Little ___: Mermaid, prince, rascals, vagabonds

I started today’s puzzle by solving the simpler category first: “Cute,” “Fresh,” “Smart,” and “Wise,” all things I was called as a child (although “ass” was mostly considered smart).

Next, we moved to the opposite end of the difficulty spectrum with the purple category. Something about Cheaters being plural stuck with me. What else could it be but Little Rascals? With that in mind, other “smaller” properties jumped out, with The Prince, The Mermaid, and The Tramp rounding out the category.

After that came Air, Feeling, Mood and Quality, all words with a certain je ne sais quoi for green.

This filled the blue category of today’s memorization, which I managed to sort out before it was discovered after digging deep into what I remembered from high school science class.

Yesterday’s Connections Answers

Yesterday started out in the blue category as I was thinking about babies with rockers, swings and cradles. The hammock is not suitable for children’s things, but nothing else is.

The reset gave me a thread and chat next to others, finding a thread and chat to message.

I’ve been looking at the can, roller and spool, but looking for a connection for paint or sewing. A second passed before the silo clicked for the pipe shaped objects.

Which left the shaking, rattling, fluttering and tossing for the “excitement”. I don’t know why I’ve never seen the yellow category, but that’s how it is.
