The driver, aged in his 20s, was confirmed to have driven 2.5 kilometers around the city of Suwon while under the influence of alcohol at the level of license revocation.

Bright red flames engulfed the first floor of the building.

At around 7:10 a.m., a fire broke out at a restaurant in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, and was extinguished within 40 minutes.

A total of 31 people, including about 20 people in Gosiwon on the fourth floor of the building, were evacuated, but no one was injured.

Firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire, they believe that it started near the external unit of the air conditioner.

The police began an investigation after a terrorist message about an event appeared on KINTEX.
