Two pedestrians were hit in a crosswalk on 10th Street in Greenville

GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) – Greenville Police say two pedestrians were struck on 10th Street Monday night.

The accident happened around 19:45, both pedestrians were taken to the hospital. There is no word on the extent of their injuries

Police closed 10th Street from Charles Street to Founders Drive.

Officials say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
