Bo Shenegge and Camden Burch were charged with negligent homicide, authorities said.

Tyson died on April 18 after being arrested by two police officers.

The interaction between Tyson and the police began when officers responded to a traffic accident. The law enforcement officers found a fallen power pole and a car on the side of the road with a deployed airbag.

Witnesses told police that Tyson ran into the bar. Canton Police dash cam video shows officers responding as Tyson knocks over a chair.

The video showed a struggle as the officers tackled Tyson to the floor and seconds later an officer kneed Tyson in the back.

Tyson told officers he couldn’t breathe seven times. Seven minutes passed between the time Tyson was handcuffed and the time the police realized something was wrong.

Officers began performing chest compressions and administering Narcan. Tyson was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

In August, Tyson’s death was ruled a homicide.
