‘Obscene’ giant statue of Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, Anger, GOP: ‘Horrifying’

Fenerty, who has been at the center of sex scandals himself, said he was told by police officers that the statue was asked to be taken down because of its graphic nature, despite the fact that the space had been rented by artists for 24 hours. The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Fenerty resigned in 2016 amid multiple sexual-harassment lawsuits from the Philadelphia Parking Authority in 2016, then recently returned to serve as chairman of the city’s Republican Party.

The report quoted the tour’s unnamed organizers as saying that the nude image of Trump was “intentional, serving as a bold statement about transparency, vulnerability and the public personas of political figures” and that they wanted viewers to think about “transparency or the lack of it.” therefore, in politics, encouraging viewers to think critically about political influence.”
