Police in Punjab and Kharyans registered cases against some tourist agents on charges of violating illegal Indian immigrants who deported Donald Trump’s administration a couple of days ago.

Many of the deportants argued that they were deceived by tourist agents who took them to the United States through Dankee routes – illegal and risky ways that migrants used to enter the country.

Amritsar village police booked Satnam Singha, a tourist agent who allegedly deceived Daler Singh, who was among the 104 illegal migrants from the Indians deported by US authorities on Wednesday.

Police in Kharyan also registered FIR against three tourist agents on charges of fraud and criminal violation of confidence acting on complaints of deported or their families.

Of the 104 illegal immigrants who arrived at the Amritsar on board the US military aircraft on Wednesday, 33, each was from Kharana and Gujarat, 30 from Punjab, three from Maharashtra and Uttar -Pradesh and two of Chandigighh.

Meanwhile, Daler Singh (37), who came from the village in Amritsari, claimed that he was deceived by a tourist agent who promised to take him to the United States legally.

Singh, who was a driver before deciding to migrate, said he wanted to move to the United States for a better future for his family and raised money to pay for a tourist agent by borrowing from relatives and friends, except for bail on his agricultural land.

He said he was taken to Dubai and later to Brazil. He was then conducted through the Danky route, withstanding difficulties such as the passage of crafts in the jungle of Panama before he was arrested by US authorities on January 15.

Senior Chief of Police (SSP), Village Amritsar, Charanda Singh stated that the DA was filed with Daler Singh’s complaint. The policeman also stated that Daler had paid Satnam Singhh’s money through a bank transfer.

“Daler Singh filed a son to complain about the police after being deported from the United States. He gave us some evidence to support his complaint, and they were recognized as true after checking. Following this was fir against Satnam Singh, “SSP said.

He also said that Daler paid 60 rubles for a tourist agent, who promised him the relevant work in the United States.

Meanwhile, the carnal police in Kharyan registered a case of a complaint of Shubham, a resident of the village of Kalaram, whose brother Akash was among the deported.

On Thursday, he filed a complaint against a resident of Jalandshar, saying that he promised to send Aakash to the United States after charging 42.5 rubles, but he was deceived.

Another case was registered against a tourist agent in the Carlal area on a complaint of Deport, who claimed that the agent promised to send him to the United States legally and accused him of 40 rubles. However, it was sent to the United States using the Danky route.
