Former convicted bags fresh biennial prisons for theft, a violation in Niger

The Senior Magistrate Court in Bosso, Niger, condemned the 44-year-old Abdulmutalib Abdullah, up to two years in the penitentiary without the possibility of a fine.

This belief occurs after Abdullah has pleaded guilty at three points of criminal violation, intimidation and theft.

The first information report, represented by the police command of the Unit, showed that Abdullah only finished prison for a similar offense in January.

According to the police prosecutor, Sergeant. Angela Ja, Abdullahi, was in the residence of Mohammed Mohammed Shabba, releasing valuable items, including HP laptop in the amount of N500,000, Samsung Galaxy 59 and other electronics.

The charges are punishable in accordance with sections 288, 349 and 397 of the Criminal Code.

Senior Magistrate Evelyn Christopher Auta, who gives her resolutions, said that the history of such crimes by Abdullah guaranteed the sentence because he remained unknown and that he needed to be removed from the community.

Magistrate Auta stated that after reading VAT, and it was stated that the convicted person had just completed the term of imprisonment for such an offense, it defines it for up to two years of correction in custody without choosing a fine to serve as a restraining factor for others.
