Man pleads guilty in an obscene exposition in a school park – Albert Lea Tribuna

St. Peter’s husband pleaded guilty to Thursday in the district court of Friborn district in a gross misdemeanor in the presence of a minor until July 16 in a park in elementary school Sibli.

Mauricio Gutiereres Espana, 29 years old, earlier Albert Lea, initially faced three charges, but the other two points were rejected at the request.

Espana was arrested after the police received a report of a man who exposes his genitals in the park. Two minors, 12 and 13 years old, reported to the adult reports, who reported that the man had exposed and touched himself.

The sentence is scheduled for March 28.
