News broke Sunday that Fox Sports, along with several on-air talent and an executive, have been named as defendants in a workplace misconduct lawsuit filed in California. The 42-page suit was bought by a hairdresser named after Nushin Faraji who worked for the company from 2012 to 2024 and claimed sexual harassment from the former FS1 host Skip Bayless and executive Charlie Dixonalong with racially insensitive comments from the current FS1 host Joy Taylor.
Farage also claims that Taylor was involved in a physical relationship with the former NFL quarterback turned analyst Emmanuel Acho and also with Charlie Dixon to promote her career. The lawsuit alleges that this relationship helped give Taylor more visibility on the network. Fox issued the following statement to Front Office Sports: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”

A new lawsuit alleges that Emmanuel Acho had a physical relationship with TV host Joy Taylor

The lawsuit alleges that Joy Taylor, a popular FS1 anchor, created a hostile work environment. Farage’s lawsuit alleges that Bayless allegedly offered her $1.5 million for sex, even though she had rejected his advances several times in the past. When Farage told Taylor about her issues with Bayless, the host allegedly dismissed her concerns and told her to “get over it.”
“Around February 2020, Ms Taylor asked Ms Farage to meet her for lunch in Beverly Hills. When Ms Farage arrived she found Ms Taylor with her husband Emmanuel Acho. Ms. Faraji did not know Mr. Acho, but could tell that they had a romantic relationship,” the lawsuit states.

It went on to say: “A few months after meeting Mr Acho at lunch, Ms Farage spotted him in the corridor at work. Ms Farage later asked Ms Taylor if Mr Acho also worked at Fox. Ms. Taylor confirmed and explained that she wanted Mr. Acho to eventually recommend her for the Speak Up show. Ms Farage was alarmed and warned Ms Taylor that she probably shouldn’t be sleeping with Mr Dixon and Mr Acho at the same time as Mr Dixon is a very powerful man who can get very angry.’
“RS Taylor told her not to worry about it. She explained that she was also powerful now, and as soon as Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to her, she would carry out her plan and tell the company that he had forced himself upon her. She would not allow for Mr. Dixon to displace himself like other talents,” he concluded.
While neither Acho nor Taylor have spoken about the allegation, some fans have noticed some suspicious online activity on Acho’s part; an NFL athlete who was a member of Speak for Yourself at the time. recently deleted a 2022 video in which he praised Taylor.

“I need to take a moment to shout out my co-host Joy Taylor,” Acho says in the video, which was filmed in his car after his rehearsals with Taylor. “Woman. Black woman. Daily show. sport. Do you realize how difficult it is to get into the position she is in? So often, misogyny and sexism thrive in sports, and we don’t even care what women in sports have to say,” Acho said.
He continued, “But Joy is taking a stand on television not just as a black woman, but as an advocate for opinion. So not just asking men what they think, but also providing her own unique and expressive insight. It’s hard to do and glad you did it, so congratulations. I look forward to working with you.”
