Two lawsuits accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually abusing boys

According to the complaint, Mr. Combs asked the boy how committed he was to achieving his dream, and the boy replied that he would “do anything.”

During the encounter, a third party gave the boy a soda, which made him feel “funny,” but at the time the plaintiff believed the feeling was from happiness at the encounter, the lawsuit states.

The rapper is then accused of undressing and ordering the boy to have sex.

When the boy resisted, Mr. Combs allegedly assaulted him. In the complaint, the plaintiff says that he lost consciousness and woke up in pain with his pants unzipped.

According to the lawsuit, Mr. Combs told him that if he told anyone, he would hurt his parents.

In the second lawsuit, an unnamed man claims he was sexually assaulted by Mr. Combs in 2008.

Plaintiff was 17 years old when he auditioned for an MTV reality competition show produced by Mr. Combs.

During various rounds of the audition process, Mr. Combs allegedly asked the plaintiff how he would handle situations involving sexual pressure.

He and his bodyguard forced the teenager to have sex, the lawsuit states.

Mr. Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, following his arrest in September on federal charges.

He was refused bail and will remain in custody pending his trial in May.

He denies all the charges against him.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team are fully confident in the facts and integrity of the legal process,” his representatives said.

If convicted of racketeering, he could face up to life in prison.
