The complaint accuses Diddy of masturbating while groping the teenager during a private one-on-one on the first day of auditions. The complaint alleges that on the second day of the audition, Diddy forced him to perform oral sex with him and his bodyguard. The plaintiffs, represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, are seeking compensatory and punitive damages, to be determined at trial.

“Both were looking to break into the music business and were promised that Combs could help them,” lead adviser Tony Busby said in a statement. “One alleged victim was ten at the time of the alleged incident, the other was seventeen. We will let the allegations in the complaints speak for themselves and work to see that justice is done. We will continue to file weekly cases naming Mr. Combs and other defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare documents.”

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is evident from his repeated appearances in the press and at the 1-800 number,” Diddy’s attorneys said in a statement to PEOPLE. “As we said before, mr. Combs can’t respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or patently false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually abused or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”

The claims are the latest in Combs’ current legal troubles. On September 16, the disgraced music mogul was arrested in Manhattan and charged with sex-trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.

He is is conducted at the Brooklyn Detention Center awaiting trial. Its the start of the trial is scheduled May 5, 2025.
