Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging, raping 10-year-old boy in new trial

Sean “Diddy” Combs was charged in sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy, according to a new complaint in a cascade of lawsuits filed against him.

The lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court, is the latest from attorney Tony Busby, who announced plans in early October to file 120 new lawsuits against the tycoon in the coming months.

According to the complaint considered in VarietyJohn Doe, who now lives in California, is suing over the alleged assault that took place in 2005. He was 10 years old at the time and wanted to become an actor and/or rapper.

In an effort to further their son’s career aspirations, the boy’s parents hired an industry consultant who recommended they fly from their home in Los Angeles to New York to meet with music industry figures. During the trip, the counselor arranged for Combs to meet with the boy for an “audition” and Combs asked to meet with the boy alone before meeting the family.

The counselor took the boy to Combs’ hotel room and left him alone with him. The guy rapped a few songs for Combs, who told him he could “make him a star” and asked him how badly he wanted it. According to the complaint, “Plaintiff responded, like any ten-year-old would, that he would ‘do anything.’

Another bystander then gave the boy a soda, which he drank. Shortly thereafter, he began to feel “a little funny,” which the plaintiff’s attorney said was because the drink was spiked with drugs “including, but not limited to, GHB and/or ecstasy.” After drinking the soda, Combs allegedly told the boy to come closer to him and pushed him down, telling him things like “sometimes you have to do the things you don’t want to do.”

After being pushed down, Combs exposed his penis and told him to “kiss it.” After he refused, Combs apparently forced him to perform oral sex, and the boy soon passed out. When he regained consciousness, “Combs’ pants were unzipped and his anus and buttocks were in severe pain.” He cried and said he wanted to see his parents, to which Combs told him that if he told anyone, he would hurt them.

When the counselor returned, she noticed he was “very dazed” and took him to his parents, who found him “lethargic and acting different.” After the alleged assault, John Doe suffered from “severe depression and anxiety that leaves him feeling hopeless and tired.”

In response to the latest lawsuit, representatives for Combs shared a statement with Variety waiving claims. “The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention, not the truth, as is evident from his constant press appearances and 1-800 numbers. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs can’t respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or patently false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually abused or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”

The latest lawsuit echoes a similar one filed last week, when a Jane Doe accused Combs of drugging and rape when she was 13 and all this was watched by an unknown male and female celebrity.

Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being arrested by Homeland Security on September 16 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. Two separate judges denied Combs bail and he is set to remain behind bars until his trial next May. If convicted of racketeering, Combs could face up to life in prison.
