Racine man pleads not guilty in child pornography case

RACIN. Last week, Tony Raduntz pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of possession of child pornography.

Radunc, 57, was charged after Racine County Sheriff’s Office investigators searched his residence in the 700 block of Arthur Avenue on Sept. 25.

Each count carries a fine of up to $100,000, 25 years in prison, or both. The court may also impose a fine of $500 for each restored image or copy of the image.

On July 30, the Department of Criminal Investigations of the state Department of Justice commissioned investigators.

According to the criminal complaint, Radunc allegedly admitted to viewing child pornography and storing the images on a USB drive.

Raduntz is scheduled to appear at the Racine County Courthouse for a status conference on Dec. 16.
