A major crash has closed the northbound access road at Fallbrook and W Sam Houston Pkwy N

In northwest Harris County, traffic is backed up at the intersection of Fallbrook Street and West Sam Houston Parkway in northwest Harris County.

It happened shortly before 2:30 p.m. Deputies say Lifeflight was dispatched to the scene. Rescue workers are working on the spot to settle the situation.

The northbound access road is completely blocked at the intersection, causing significant delays in the area. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes as crews continue to clear the scene.
