Man reports stalking and attempted kidnapping: Olmsted Falls police blotter

Suspicious vehicle: Magnolia Drive

The man approached the resident and said someone in the car was trying to carjack him and brandished a gun. He reported that this was the sixth time the driver had followed him, and that the person had also broken into his home in Cleveland. The man believed that his ex-girlfriend had framed him.

Property Damage: Columbia Road

On October 21, a man reported the theft of a political sign from his yard. According to him, a neighbor told him that the man was driving a pickup truck and removing signs.

Violation: Lewis Road

On October 17, a woman called and reported that her son was drunk and had been shouting for hours. She said he received an eviction notice a few weeks ago.

Missing adult: Columbia Road

A caller reported that her friend with dementia left in her car on Oct. 17 and could not be found. She was found and taken home.

Violation: Lewis Road

On October 18, the caller reported that her boyfriend was doing some work at the cemetery, and he was not being paid. The employee reported that the man made a scene and threatened the owner of the landscaping company he worked for before being fired.

MVA: Columbia Road

On October 18, law enforcement officers responded to a collision between two cars. One of the drivers was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
