18-year-old woman killed, two teenagers injured in Akron Halloween shooting

AKRON, Ohio. Akron police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and two others injured Saturday night.

According to a news release, authorities responded to a home on the 100 block of Paris Avenue on the city’s west side around 10:46 p.m. According to the police, an 18-year-old woman was found in the house with a serious gunshot wound. Two other victims, a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl, were also found with gunshot wounds that police described as “non-life threatening.”
