Two-Legged Dog Goes on Photoshoot Adventure to Help Him Get Adopted (Exclusive)

A cute dog with special needs is looking for a best friend.

Rescue dog Wilber’s journey to adoption just got a boost Dog’s Breath Foundationwhich helps dogs find forever homes.

As part of the Greatest Adventure Tour of the non-profit foundation, the founder and photographer Kaylee Greer took Wilber on an outdoor adventure to take new photos of him to use on his bio page to engage dog parents.

Wilber is all smiles as he walks around with the help of a wheelchair, as seen in pictures from Greer’s photo shoot shared exclusively with PEOPLE.

“He is a very active dog who likes to do something. He lived with cats and dogs of all sizes, had all his vaccinations and was neutered,” Scoot added to the stars about Wilbur. “He will go to his eternal home on wheels and all his supplies and goodies.”

Meanwhile, Greer’s nine-month journey as part of The Greatest Adventure Tour will run until 2025, finding the dogs their forever homes, and will also launch a YouTube series highlighting some of the dogs helped, as well as a retrospective book of stories from the journey . .

Greer also collaborated with Freshpet on The Greatest Adventure Tour, in which Greer will teach rescue and shelter staff how to take better photos to attract more adoptions.
