A shocking fight breaks out on the course when a golfer smashes a driver over a player’s head

A shockingly graphic video of a golfer smashing his driver into a player’s head has gone viral on social media.

According to the message in Bernabinow“A 43-year-old drunken man was arrested at Burnaby Mountain Golf Course and is now facing assault with a weapon charges.”

Police were called to the Canadian Golf Club around 12:30 p.m. on October 12.

Police were reportedly called to the golf course for the second time in four months.

In a statement, Corporal Burnaby RCMP. Mike Kalange, “when police arrived, the intoxicated 43-year-old suspect was still at the scene and was immediately taken into custody.”

Police said the suspect struck the three men with his golf club after a brief verbal argument.

Each of the victims suffered minor injuries, but is believed to be OK.

It is understood that the “drunk man” became enraged because one of the golfers in the group ahead had allegedly hit him.

The man who filmed the incident can be heard shouting: “Call the f***ing police” as the man rams his driver into the player’s head.
