OnePlus 13 processor, battery and other key details have been officially revealed. Here’s what we know

OnePlus’ latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13, is all set to launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor later this month. Ahead of the launch, the Oppo sub-brand has given us some clarity on the display specs of the upcoming smartphone.

In a series of photos posted on its official Weibo account, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 13 will feature DisplayMate A++, HDR 10+, TUV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Protection 4.0 and Dolby Vision certifications. At the same time, the phone will also be equipped with touch support in gloves and Rain Touch 2.0 technology, which will allow you to use the device even with wet hands.

OnePlus previously confirmed that the OnePlus 13 will feature the BOE oriental X2 display technology, but there’s no confirmation yet on whether the company is switching to a flat display from the 3D curved display we previously saw on the OnePlus 12. Meanwhile, the company has also remained tight-lipped about the possibility of using an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor on the OnePlus 13 instead of the optical one on its predecessor.

OnePlus 13 price (expected):

The OnePlus 13 is rumored to have a starting price of RMB 4,699 in China, which could mean a price increase of RMB 400 compared to last year. The phone will be launched in China on October 31 at 4:00 PM, which is November 1 (1:30 PM) in India.

Features of OnePlus 13:
The OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature a 6.8-inch BOE X2 LTPO AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 6,000 nits and 1,600 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM). It is also expected to have a massive 6,000mAh battery and an IP68/69 water resistance rating. There may also be support for 100W fast charging and 50W wireless magnetic charging

The OnePlus flagship is expected to feature a triple camera setup with a 50MP LYT-808 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
