As D-Day approaches, the battle for screen space between Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again is getting tight and the former seems to have got a better deal than expected thanks to a strong distribution partner in Anil Thadani. As per the current trends, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is going to get almost equal number of shows with Singham again in individual screens and non-national networks, while national networks PVRInox and Cinepolis are expected to trade at 58:42 in favor of Singham Again, with PVRInox at 60:40 and Cinepolis trading at 55:45.

It’s still early days, with 4 more days to go, the dynamics will change as bigger players from the industry may step in to handle the distribution of Singham Again. Currently showing Singham Again nationally: Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 seems to be 54:46 which is a big win for BB 3 against a behemoth like Singham Again. However, as mentioned above, it is still early days and Singham Again’s distributor is in talks for a bigger show deal.

The battle is on for 57:43 shows at the pan-India level, and we’ll know the exact split between the cop universe saga and the horror comedy by the end of Thursday. The improvement of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has already opened in limited centers and we are still waiting for clarity on the same Singham Again.

If we talk about the opening day box office potential, the top 3 national chains, PVRInox and Cinepolis, have a business of around Rs 52 crore (net), with individual screens and non-national networks contributing to the total business of around Rs 48 crore. It should be noted that this takes into account the 2024 Diwali weekend price increase model. Of the Rs 53 crore to be collected from the top three national networks (57:43 split), Singham Again is expected to collect Rs 30 crore and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is targeting Rs 22 crore. On single screens and non-national networks, the split is expected to be 53:47, with Singham Again aiming for a power of around Rs 26 crore and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 getting a Rs 22 crore opportunity.

On an all-India level, Singham Again will have a one-day total of Rs 54 to 58 crores, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will have a total of Rs 44 to 46 crores depending on the final distribution location. the ratio is established. On the front, BB 3 seems to have gotten a lot of money, also thanks to a package deal with Pushpa 2. Distribution power plays a major role in the high-profile clash and the duo of Bhushan Kumar and Karthik Aaryan seems to have played their cards right by bringing Anil Thadani on board, going by the early trends.
