Indu launches ‘On Tour’ UK pop-up

Teen-focused skincare brand Indu is embarking on its first UK pop-up tour.

The Indu-branded pop-up van will travel across the country, stopping in four locations including London, Birmingham, Leeds and Camden.

Visitors can sample the full range of products from the teen beauty specialist and receive limited edition souvenirs, as well as meet teenagers such as Ethalie Culverwell and Daisy Jackson.

A survey conducted by the brand found that 92% and 68% of teenagers prefer to buy cosmetics and skin care products in person, respectively.

Some 84% also said that testing and trying on products in store was what they “enjoyed the most”.

“This pop-up is designed to give teenagers an interactive, fun real-life experience,” Indu said in a statement.

“In the most exciting way to experience Indu, the mobile store will offer teenagers a rare opportunity to test and play with all the products in the range, make a limited edition Indu hoodie (for the first 30 customers), collect samples and surprise gifts. , as well as other crazy offers.”

The four stops were also strategically chosen in locations where teenage shoppers may not yet be aware of the brand.

This also follows Indus’ debut conventional deal with Sephora UK in July

“(The pop-up) also raises awareness of the upcoming Sephora store in Birmingham where Indu will retail,” added Indu.

hindu raised £4m in August to fuel its next phase of growth in an investment round led by Unilever Ventures.

The British skincare and cosmetics brand will use the Series A funding to increase its physical presence in the UK and enter the US market in 2025.
