Police identify and search for second suspect in February slaying in northwest D.C.

Police are looking for a man in connection with a February homicide in Northwest, D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Police have identified the suspect as 31-year-old Orlando Anderson, who is wanted for second-degree murder.

Anderson is the second police suspect in the Feb. 12 shooting death of Jeremy Dewayne Johnson.

Earlier, MPD announced the arrest of Kyle Britton in connection with the shooting in the 900 block of Shepherd Street Northwest. Britton was arrested in California on a warrant charging him with second-degree murder with a weapon, officials said.

The Metropolitan Police Department is currently offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of this wanted individual should take no action but call MPD at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to 50411.
