“Liam Payne’s Waiter Could Have Caused Death”

Events surrounding the sudden death of an ex One Direction star Liam Payne included befriending an Argentinian waiter Daily Mail reports

A month after Payne’s death after falling from a hotel room balcony on October 16, the newspaper published the results of its investigationincluding:

On October 2, in an elite restaurant in Buenos Aires, Payne met 24-year-old waiter Brian Nahuel Pais.

The pair later exchanged messages on Instagram, with Payne using a secret account. Later, in an interview with Telefe Noticias, Paiz said that Payne had tried to buy drugs.

They continued to spend time together in the days leading up to Payne’s death, with Paiz saying they spent time doing drugs and listening to the singer’s unreleased music.

The last time Payne saw the singer was two days before his death, when he asked Payne to come meet a friend of his who was a fan.

Argentine authorities continue to investigate Pais and two other people. The singer’s funeral has not yet taken place, but his body has reportedly been repatriated to the UK after his father visited Buenos Aires.
